How to PDF to JPG

Some portals and apps accept only images, and a certificate or ID card saved as PDF will not do. This tool turns each page into a JPG, or a PNG if you prefer, at a resolution you choose from 72 to 300 DPI. Convert every page or just a range. One page downloads as a single image, several come together in a ZIP.

  1. Choose the PDF you want to turn into images.
  2. Pick JPG or PNG, set the resolution, and choose all pages or a range.
  3. Press Save as images and download the picture or the ZIP.

Runs in your browser. Your file is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Questions people ask

What resolution should I pick?

150 DPI, the default, is clear on screen and keeps files small. Go up to 300 DPI if you need to print the image or zoom into fine text.

Should I choose JPG or PNG?

JPG gives smaller files and suits most uploads and WhatsApp. PNG is lossless, so it is better for crisp text and line drawings, but the files are larger.

How many pages can I convert at once?

Up to 100 pages per run. For a longer PDF, enter a page range such as 1-50, convert it, then do the next part. A very high DPI on a large page can also be too much for a phone, and the tool tells you which DPI would work.

Does it work with scanned PDFs?

Yes. Each page is drawn as it looks, so scans convert just as well as typed documents.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The pages are rendered into images inside your browser, and the PDF never leaves your device.
