Extract Pages From PDF
Pull out the pages you need.
How to extract pages from PDF
Need only page 3 of a bank statement, or the result page from a long exam notice? Open the PDF, choose the pages you want by typing numbers like 2, 5-7 or tapping their thumbnails, and save just those pages as a new file. Your original PDF is left exactly as it was.
- Open the PDF that has the pages you need.
- Keep the Custom range mode and type the pages, or tap their thumbnails.
- Press Split PDF and download the new PDF with only those pages.
Runs in your browser. Your file is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to our servers.
Why use this tool
Sharing a whole document when someone needs one page means sending details they should not see. Extracting only the relevant pages keeps the rest private and makes the file smaller and quicker to open.
Pages are copied as they are, not re-rendered, so text stays selectable and scans keep their quality. Pages you pick in one range come out together in a single PDF, in their original order.
The same tool can also save every page as its own PDF or cut a file into equal parts. Pick another mode from the list when you need that instead.
Questions people ask
How do I pick pages that are not next to each other?
Type them separated by commas, for example 1, 4, 9-11. Those pages come out together in one new PDF.
Does extracting pages change my original file?
No. The original is only read. The extracted pages are saved as a new file.
Can I get each page as a separate file?
Yes. Choose Every page separate instead of Custom range, and the pages come back as separate PDFs in one ZIP.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Extraction runs in your browser, so the document never leaves your device, and there is no signup.
Can I remove pages instead of keeping them?
Yes, with Delete pages. Pick the pages you do not want and everything else is kept.
