How to edit PDF
Spotted a wrong date, a spelling mistake or an old phone number in a PDF? Pick the line from the list, type the correction and save. You can also delete a whole line or remove an image. Deleted text is taken out of the file, not just covered with a box. This edits lines one at a time, so it is not a full word processor.

Questions people ask
Can I edit a scanned PDF?
No. A scan is one flat picture per page with no text inside it, so there are no lines to edit. The tool tells you when a page has nothing it can change.
Will the edited text match the original font?
It is redrawn in the closest standard font, matched on style and weight. PDFs usually carry only the characters they already use, so the exact original font often cannot be reused.
What if my new text is longer?
Text does not reflow. Only the line you edit changes, and the lines around it stay in place, so a much longer replacement can run past the margin.
Can I type in Hindi or other Indian languages?
Not yet. Replacement text is limited to English letters and common Latin accents, and the tool names any character it cannot draw.
Is there a size limit?
The editor handles PDFs up to 50MB in the browser. The file is never uploaded.
